Our 10,000 BTU folding butane stove weighs only 4 ounces but delivers BIG output.  On a 7.75 ounce butane canister (like 5 bucks at Wally World) it can run wide open for an hour.  With the same canister it can bring 80 cups, 5 gallons of 70 degree water to a boil.
