Refund policy: A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. No refunds without Return Authorization Number. Returns must be in saleable condition. Return process must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery. SORRY, no refunds on loaded ammunition.

Export or legal restrictions: We ship to the lower 48 states only. We ship to verified street addresses only. We do not ship to PO boxes. You must be 18 years of age or over to purchase shotgun shells, and you must be at least 21 to purchase what the ATF considers to be handgun ammunition.
Shipping and delivery policy: Ammunition MUST go UPS/FED-EX ground ONLY. All other products will be shipped by US Mail if they can be.
Disclosure outlet country policy: Ammunition made in the USA out of domestic and foreign components. All other items can be assembled domestic or abroad of domestic or foreign components.
Consumer Data Privacy policy: We do not store credit card information here. The only information we keep is the name, address, and ordered items on a paper copy of the order we keep here. We do not share anything with anyone without either your permission OR a warrant.
Security method for the transmission of payment data: We do not store nor do we have access to your payment data. It is handled by our payment processor.
